Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Sequenzo AI, a business registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("Sequenzo AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. The service

Sequenzo AI is a follow-up automation engine. You connect your own mailbox, you send the first email yourself, and we send the follow-ups you have scheduled on that thread until the recipient replies. We do not provide bulk email sending, mailing lists, lead databases, or shared sending infrastructure.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe.
• You must have the authority to connect any mailbox you add.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Mailbox connection

You connect a mailbox by supplying an app password issued by your email provider. You confirm you are entitled to do so, and that doing so does not breach your provider's or employer's terms. We store that credential encrypted and use it only as described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke it at any time; sending will stop. We are not responsible for messages your provider delays, blocks, throttles or refuses to send.

4. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

• Paid plans begin after your 14-day free trial and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• Fees are exclusive of taxes; GST or other applicable taxes are added where required.
• Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• If payment fails we may retry, notify you, and suspend or downgrade the account after a reasonable grace period.

5. Acceptable use

Your use is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In particular you must not use Sequenzo AI to send unsolicited bulk email, to email purchased or scraped lists, to impersonate anyone, to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or malicious content, or to breach applicable anti-spam and data-protection law (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and Indian law). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient and for honouring opt-outs.

6. Your content and your customers' data

You retain ownership of the content you create and the contact data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you. For contact data you upload, you are the controller and we are your processor; a Data Processing Addendum is available from [email protected].

7. Our intellectual property

Sequenzo AI, its software, branding and documentation belong to us. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the service, or use it to build a competing product.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may perform maintenance or change features. Scheduled maintenance is announced where practical. Support is provided by email at [email protected] during Indian business hours.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account immediately for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where required by law or by an upstream provider. You may close your account at any time. On termination we stop sending and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant any particular reply rate, deliverability outcome, inbox placement, or that reply detection will be perfect in every edge case. You are responsible for reviewing what you schedule before it sends.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data or damage to sender reputation. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your recipients, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and the parties submit to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.
