Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who sends through Sequenzo AI.

1. What Sequenzo AI is for

• Following up on a proposal, quote or invoice you already sent.
• Nudging a candidate, client, supplier or partner who hasn't replied yet.
• Chasing a reply on a conversation you personally started.

2. What is prohibited

• Unsolicited bulk email, mass campaigns or blasts of any kind.
• Emailing purchased, rented, scraped or harvested address lists.
• Contacting people who have no prior relationship or expectation of hearing from you.
• Continuing to email anyone who has unsubscribed, asked you to stop, or marked you as spam.
• Forged headers, misleading subject lines, false sender identities, or impersonating another person or business.
• Phishing, malware, fraud, pyramid or investment schemes, and any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful or sexually explicit content.
• Sending without a valid physical postal address and a working opt-out where required.
• Sharing one account across many senders, or reselling access, to work around per-mailbox limits.
• Automated attempts to bypass sending limits, sending windows, or suppression lists.

3. Limits we enforce

Follow-ups are sent from your own mailbox at a human pace, inside sending windows, under a daily cap. These limits exist to protect your sender reputation and cannot be raised beyond what your provider allows. Every send includes a one-click unsubscribe; an opt-out is applied immediately and permanently, and cancels every pending follow-up for that contact across all of your sequences.

4. Your legal obligations

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient under the law that applies to them — including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy, and Indian law — and for honouring opt-out and data-subject requests promptly.

5. Reporting abuse

Anyone can report a message sent through Sequenzo AI to [email protected]. Include the full message headers where possible. We acknowledge reports within 1 business day and investigate every one.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn you, lower your limits, pause sending, suspend the mailbox, or terminate the account without refund. Serious or repeated violations, and anything unlawful, result in immediate termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
