This marketing policy summarizes the product policy for Sequenzo at getsequenzo.com. The dashboard and API operate at app.getsequenzo.com. Where this summary is shorter, the product policy is the complete description.

1. Information we collect

• Account and workspace information such as your name, email, team membership, plan, support requests and security logs.
• Mailbox connection information such as the connected address and the minimum message/thread data needed to send scheduled follow-ups and detect replies. Mailbox app passwords or OAuth tokens are handled by the server and encrypted at rest.
• Workflow and contact information that you choose to upload or create, including templates, sequences, contacts, delivery events and suppression choices.
• Optional extension data such as an extension session token/session data and UI preferences stored in chrome.storage.local on your device.

2. How we use information

We use it to provide the dashboard, API and follow-up features you request; secure and support the service; detect replies and honour opt-outs; process billing; and send service or security notices. We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use Google user data or mail content to train general AI models.

3. Optional Chrome extension

The optional Manifest V3 Chrome extension is not required for the dashboard. It runs on supported webmail compose interfaces (including Gmail, Outlook on the web, Zoho and other hosts listed in the extension) and on Sequenzo's own origin for sign-in/connect flows. It adds Sequenzo controls at compose/send time so you can attach a follow-up sequence.

• It does not read your entire mailbox, unrelated form fields or passwords, track general browsing on other websites, or silently scrape arbitrary sites.
• It uses chrome.storage.local for extension session data and local UI preferences. This data stays on your device; uninstalling the extension removes browser storage. Server account data is separate and remains until deleted in the product.
• Extension requests for Sequenzo features go only to https://app.getsequenzo.com/api; it does not send mail content to unrelated third parties for advertising.
• Optional broader host access is used only after you grant it for custom/private webmail not on the default list.

4. Google Limited Use

If you connect Gmail or Google Workspace, Sequenzo uses Google user data only to provide the connected features you request and follows Google's Limited Use requirements. It is not sold, used for advertising, transferred to data brokers, or used to train general AI or machine-learning models.

5. Retention, security and rights

We retain account and workflow data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it according to the product policy after closure, subject to suppression, tax, legal and security records. We use TLS, hashed passwords, encrypted mailbox credentials and restricted, audited access.
